with Wetstone Technologies, Inc.

WetStone and Cyber Security Technologies Partner to Offer
"LiveWire InvestigatorTM Training"

Eden Prairie, MN, February 20, 2005 - Cyber Security Technologies Corporation (CST) today announced a partnership with WetStone Technologies, Inc. to offer the first "LiveWire InvestigatorTM Training" course. LiveWire InvestigatorTM, based upon CST's innovative OnLine Digital Forensic SuiteTM product, will allow law enforcement computer crime professionals to remotely and in real-time investigate and collect evidence from "live" running computer systems under their control.

"The investigation of live, running systems has become an absolute necessity in order to combat cyber crime, preempt malicious insider activity, establish realistic auditing practices, and collect evidence for civil and criminal prosecution," said John Metil, President and CEO of CST. "Our ability to perform real-time capture of the system state, running processes, dynamic memory, and instantaneous activities of a perpetrator or suspect has significant implications."

"This partnership between WetStone and CST allows us to bring together key technologies and training expertise to immediately reach those in law enforcement who urgently need both training and technology to solve crime and preempt malicious activity in cyberspace," stated Chet Hosmer, CEO of WetStone.

WetStone is offering the first open enrollment course in Clearwater, Fla., March 23-24. The course will also be offered in conjunction with the Techno Security 2005 Conference in Myrtle Beach, NC, on June 10-11. The training will consist of two days of lecture and hands-on laboratory experiments and will include software technology as a takeaway that will allow students to immediately put into practice the new investigative techniques offered in LiveWire investigations.
