Cyber Security Technologies to Offer
Peer-to-PeerComputer Forensics Training at
Techno Security 2009 Conference
Eden Prairie, MN January 2, 2009 (Business Wire) Cyber Security Technologies announced today that it will offer a two-day training course in peer-to-peer computer forensics at the Techno Security 2009 Conference at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on May 29-30, 2009. The course will include instruction in the use of P2P Marshal, an innovative new product which dramatically reduces the amount of time required to conduct a P2P investigation.
“P2P file sharing networks are a widely used method of sharing information on the Internet, and usage of P2P networks by criminal suspects is frequently involved in law enforcement investigations,” stated John Metil, CEO of Cyber Security Technologies. “Also, many corporations restrict or prohibit the use of P2P file sharing in the workplace. We have developed this intensive two-day course in response to the increasing demand for investigative techniques for the most frequently seen P2P networks and clients.”
The Eleventh Annual International Techno Security Conference will be held May 31 to June 3 in Myrtle Beach at the Myrtle Beach Marriott Resort. This conference promises to be THE international meeting place for IT Security professionals from around the world. The conference will feature some of the top speakers in the industry, and will raise international awareness towards increased education and ethics in IT security.
